Skip to contentThe bespoke shop behind the Workforce.
The Studio is where we do the one-off work: custom onboarding for your agents, bespoke integrations into your stack, and end-to-end AI workflows. Fixed price, four phases, in your hands within weeks.
Three things, done properly. Plus the dashboards to run them.
Most Studio projects are some mix of onboarding, integrations and workflow. Pick the one that hurts most — we'll usually do the others alongside.
We train any agent in the Workforce against your tone, your services, your prices and your approval rules. Supervised first-week, then off the leash.
- ▸Brief Penny against your salon's tone, services and price list — live on WhatsApp in a week.
- ▸Onboard Apex with your brand guidelines, ICPs and historic campaign performance.
- ▸Teach Forge your repo conventions, deployment flow and code-review checklist.
We plug agents into the tools you already run — CRMs, calendars, billing, comms, and the odd in-house API nobody else can integrate with.
- ▸Two-way sync between Penny and HubSpot so every booked call lands as a deal.
- ▸Connect Adunni to your shared Drive, Notion and Slack channels with the right scopes.
- ▸Wire Sentinel into your error dashboard and Linear board to triage incidents.
Multi-agent pipelines that move work between agents without a human in the middle — but with a human in approval.
- ▸Nova writes the PRD → Forge builds it on staging → Sentinel runs QA → Nozzle reports to you.
- ▸Apex drafts a campaign → Susan writes the copy → Sentinel checks claims → you approve, then it ships.
- ▸Penny qualifies a lead → Adunni pulls the research → Susan drafts the proposal — all before lunch.
When the off-the-shelf workforce needs an interface — an ops portal, an admin screen, a board for your team — we build it around them.
- ▸A booking dashboard that shows Penny's live queue, hot leads and outstanding quotes.
- ▸An ops portal where your team approves anything an agent flagged for review.
- ▸A weekly report screen Nozzle posts to every Friday, with the metrics you actually care about.
From scoping call to live deploy, in four phases.
Every Studio project runs the same way — scope, blueprint, build, handover. Fixed price, no surprise invoices.
Scope — half an hour
We hop on a call. You describe the headache. We come back with a yes/no, a rough shape, and an indicative price before you commit.
Blueprint — one-page plan
We map the agents, data, integrations and the one number that says it's working. Fixed price, fixed scope, signed off in writing.
Build — ship to staging
We write the code, train the agents and ship to a staging URL you can poke at. Weekly demo, no surprises.
Handover — live & documented
Live deploy, monitoring, runbooks and a clean handover. Optional care plan if you want us to stick around.
Bespoke builds, measured in hours saved and jobs done.
Indicative outcomes from the kinds of teams we work with. Real client stories drop in here as we publish them.
“They onboarded Penny against our whole price list and Stripe in a week. Bookings went from 'whenever I get round to it' to same-day.”
“We replaced four spreadsheets and a Zapier rats-nest with one internal tool sat on top of the agents. The team actually uses it.”
“Fixed price, fixed scope, no creep. They wired our CRM, calendar and billing into the workforce and handed it over clean.”
